Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all website content, including text, images, and any other materials required for their website. Since each client knows their business best, it is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information detailing their business, services, and desired website features. SiteMomentum will not create content from scratch for a client’s business we are not familiar with.
If a client requires editorial assistance, SiteMomentum offers an optional Content Editing Add-On. Clients must still provide the initial writeup, and SiteMomentum will edit or optimize the content for clarity, style, and website presentation. This add-on incurs an additional charge, determined based on the volume and complexity of content provided.
Payment Terms
- All payments are due upfront before work begins.
- Payments are processed through secure gateways.
- Once payment is made, work begins immediately and funds are allocated to project-related expenses under SiteMomentum, powered by Lizywin Links LLC.
- All service plans and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of current pricing at the time of purchase.
No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable. In case of dissatisfaction, revisions are available per our revision policy, but no refunds will be issued. This is enforced by SiteMomentum, a branch of Lizywin Links LLC.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions per project. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

All payments made to SiteMomentum, a specialized branch of Lizywin Links LLC, are final and non-refundable. Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment, and funds are allocated to project-related expenses.

Projects begin immediately upon payment confirmation. No refunds will be issued once work has started under SiteMomentum, powered by Lizywin Links LLC.
Revision Policy
